This living room needed strategic furniture placement, updated window treatments, and a little accessorizing to get rid of the dorm-like decor. By moving the furniture, the room appears more spacious and allows the fireplace to become the focal point. Plants and accessories in cool colors were brought in to give a calming feel to the room.

The hectic pace of families today demands a master suite that feels like a retreat from it all. To transform this master into a room buyers could imagine themselves in, we got rid of the dorm like attributes. We replaced the old unorganized bookshelf with a pleasing side table. A new coat of a warmer paint color along with fresh bed linens, neutral window treatments, and great accessories balance out the room. This room now feels more open and relaxing.

This fireplace was outdated and dirty. Fireplaces should be a focal point in a room. After the fireplace was cleaned inside and out, a black high heat treatment was given to cover the remaining soot stains inside. The old gold trim was replaced with black trim to create an updated look. Special glass rocks and candles were added to create a dramatic effect.

The furniture in this room needed to be scaled down to give buyers a realistic idea of the room size. The old furniture was taken out except for the bed which was moved to another wall. New cost effective pieces were brought in to balance the room. Lastly, fresh bed linens and window treatments were added to brighten up the room.
