Jennafer Grimaldi, President of Lux Redesign, grew up touring model homes. Her father, a surveyor, often took the family to tour model homes in the developments he had surveyed . In 2000, Jennafer received her real estate license. She got off to a rough start and transitioned into new home sales until she met a successful real estate entrepreneur. He enlisted her to work as his assistant. It was during this time that she really learned about buying and selling homes. She would go with him to probate sales and foreclosure sales to purchase homes. His construction crew would rehab the property and he would resale the homes at a profit. Jennafer learned the ins and outs of rehabbing distressed properties. She also learned about staging a home for sale. Eventually Jennafer realized that her passion was in decorating the homes to sell, or home staging as it is often referred to. Jennafer has been part of hundreds of real estate transactions as either the transaction coordinator, the buyer's agent, the seller's agent, or the home stager. She knows what makes a house sell quickly for top dollar. Her keen eye for space layout, design elements, and color have helped her excel as a home staging expert. She has completed a home staging certification program and is currently attending a residential interior design program at the prestigious Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach.
